I can wholly recommend this apartment. For us as Fringe visitors it was perfectly located as it's a short walk from the centre, but still far enough to be quiet and allow for good rest. It felt very spacious for 2 people and can very easily house 4 (the sofa is comfortable and large), and it's well equipped with all the necessities. Sabih was a very attentive host and I especially appreciated that he asked for feedback at the end of our stay and said he'll take care of a few small wear-and-tear issues that we discovered.
There is nothing of substance I could fault this place with - everything was very smooth and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
