Excellent location, just a short walk into the city centre. The apartment was spacious. Facilities provided were good.

Our host was unhelpful and assumed we were tech savvy which we are not. There were no instructions provided for how to set up the television or work the central heating. We contacted the host who responded promptly but inadequately. We did eventually sort out the TV ourselves but could not get the heating to work. The WiFi was erratic. We spent the morning prior to checking out trying to unblock the kitchen sink, which was clogged with what appeared to be hair. Although the apartment at first glance looked clean, it was in need of a thorough vacuum to remove human hairs from the sofa and the bathroom. The bathroom was very tired looking and the bedroom carpet stained. The instructions for accessing the property were out of date and incorrect.
