Great location Landlord was efficiency in replacing a new kettle early next morning which has badly burnt by previous users

Lock of shelf space in bathroom & wardrobe . There's not even a hook for hangings in toilet Tissues provided were not sufficient. Should be great if 2 or more spares instead of the only ONE roll at toilet paper hook available during our stay for 5 days & 4 nights Sofa & cooking pans are scarched & old that needs replacements

Excellent, clean and spacious

Very spacious despite looking small in the pictures super clean the heating was great. It was in the centre of town so there’s plenty of cafés and restaurants a minute walk away and getting to the centre of town is about a 10 to 15 minute walk the rooms again were very clean. Toilets were really clean loved it

I recommend this place for families

We had everything that we needed for our family- 4 beds, kitchen, parking, comfortable beds, good communication with the landlord, bus and train station by the corner.

There’s a café on the ground floor, and one night it smelled strongly of frying oil, so we couldn’t sleep with the window open

Dalry Road/ Haymarket

The host was very nice and welcoming. The location was great, close to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and inviting.

There was a problem with working the showers. Could not figure out how to get it to work properly, might want to have some instructions on how to use.

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed, good location.

Sofas needs replacing , seems to be on a slant / tilted forwards so we kept sliding off , very strange , I read another review saying the same thing .. also new cushions needed , they're old and tired, otherwise a great stay .

Great stay, great location for team and good service by host

Great location, just use the tram (200mtrs or so down the road if you want to get anywhere), apartment is well equipped and you could get essentials from the local independent stores. There are a decent amount of restaurants within walking distance

The property was very well kept. Check in and instructions were clear and very organised. Property was in a very convenient location.

Great appartment, close to the main center.

The appartment is beautiful. The location is fully equipped and it is very pleasant to be there.. the appartment is large, big rooms. The parking permit is excellent.

The entry door is very hard to open. The Nail Studio downstairs creates a synthetic smell (only when you are entering the front door).

Clean, pleasant, well maintained, spacious, comfortable and within easy reach of the centre of the city. Very pleasant owners, easy to contact and helpful.

Dusty fake flowers and stiff front door. The outside of the building isn’t great to look at so does not reflect the lovely flat inside.

The property was very cosy and nice. Accessible to a lot of shops and restaurants. Clean and fully equipped kitchen! Anna (the staff) was so professional and friendly. Super easy check-in and check-out. Plus free parking as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location, restaurants, parking, bus station, bars, supermarket all at walking distance. Very well equipped. Good kitchen, and facilities.

Few minutes walk to the station and bus stops, car park available for free, 15-20 minutes walk to town- lovely sights on the way. Very comfortable place to stay. Friendly helpful, and approachable staff. Fully working kitchen with washing machine. Clean place. Will never book a hotel again. Edinburgh pear apartments - the best.

Great location and apartment

The appointment was spotless and a very good size for 2 couples. We encountered no problems at all and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Edinburgh. It's a great location with some nice gin bars nearby if that's what you like, and a 5 ish minute walk from haymarket station.

Nothing major at all. Just remember to bring toilet roll if your staying longer than one night!
