About this apartment rental
This fantastically spacious apartment is located on Great King Street in Edinburgh's city centre being just a 10 minute walk from George Street and Princes Street. It is on the top floor (2 flights of stairs) of a traditional Georgian period town house which was constructed around 1815 and extends over 2 floors with the largest bedroom taking up the entire upper floor. The accommodation otherwise comprises a very spacious living room with feature marble fireplace, separate dining area, fitted kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, single bedroom, bathroom with bath and separate shower and an additional toilet. Wifi Internet access is provided and parking may be available on request for an additional charge.

This rental exceeded my expectations. I thought the location was excellent. Close to all the tourist sites, but also, in a quieter neighborhood. It was comfortable with great windows and a lovely view from the kitchen.
There are not many amenities beyond soap and a blow dryer, though the kitchen was stocked well enough for cooking. I was there a week and did not want to leave.
Also, Francios is an attentive and very kind host. I had checked out and then our plane was delayed 12 hours and he let me & my friend back in to wait the day (and go to Sheep Heid Inn-recommended) until the flight left that night - whew! THANKS!

What a beauty! Spacious, comfortable, elegant apartment in glorious neighbourhood, a few minutes stroll from Princes Street and, in the other direction, the village atmosphere of Stockbridge. Cafes, bars, bakeries and supermarkets all within 5 mins walk.
The kitchen is small, but there's a large dining table in huge lovely lounge. WiFi and TV worked well. Our teenage boys enjoyed their shared attic room. And all beds were comfortable.
All in all, a great find!

It was a beautiful place and everything was really easy and good communicated with Francois. I hope I have the oppertunity to staz one more time in that place.

This was a charming apartment in a fantastic location. Visitors should be aware that it is a top floor flat, with basic amenities.
It has a couple of small grocery stores very close, and of course there are lots of restaurants around.
