The flat was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable.

The location was just a little further out than I anticipated, but we didn’t have a problem with it. You could walk to the Miracle Mile, castle, and local restaurants. We used Uber to get us to our tour pick up locations. There was a grocery store not far from our flat that had just about anything we might need. We would stay here again.

We didn’t understand how to use the washer/dryer combination so an instruction booklet would have been helpful. Also, some instruction on how to use the other appliances, as well as something indicating local restaurants and pubs. We arrived late due to flight delays. It was difficult to read the lockbox combination numbers which were worn, making it even more difficult to read.

Great location, comfy beds!

Really spacious, beds very comfortable. Ideal location for the city.

It was soooo hot! Also lots of some supplies and equipment, hardly any of other things. One dishwasher tab. Half a loo roll in each bathroom for instance. We had an issue with a toilet not flushing on arrival. It was fixed quickly but apparently it’s a recurring issue.

Small things made a potentially great experience less so.

The apartment was great in many respects. The location is ideal and had easy access for walking to many attractions. It was also desirable for the many car services we used. There are apparently garage facilities which we did not use. Security and elevator access were great especially as we arrived with a member of our party experiencing mobility impairing back issues. Proximity to therapeutic resources for his condition was critical to salvaging our stay so that most of our party could enjoy Edinburgh. The apartment was generally ideal for our original group of 5, 3 of which left after 3 nights and a 6th guest who stayed at the nearby Hampton for 2 nights and stayed at the apartment on the 4th night. Many facilities of the apartment were outstanding. It looks great, beds are comfortable, well furnished with great design. There are 4 tvs one of which is huge. The kitchen is generally well stocked and well designed. Small things made a potentially great experience less so.

Some appliances were not so great especially the clothes dryer. Communication varied from outstanding instructions on accessing the apartment and others were disappointing. A toilet that ran for minutes wasting water and bringing the experience down was ignored. Calls to Houst got slow responses that did not help. Small things were disappointments. There were too few towels for 6 people and the washer/dryer did not perform well enough to offset the defect. As three guests prepared to leave clothes had to to be air dried all over the space. Contacting the host was generally useless. We had to leave a day early and advised them. They did not even acknowledge that and sent us a message that they really wanted to get in on our original date of departure. Calls to address the towel issue got instructions on how to spend a vacation operating a laundry. The kitchen was great but lacked simple tools like a can opener and wire whisk. One towel warmer did not work further complicating laundry issues.

Decent for our needs, but would not stay again.

There was adequate space and the apartment was nicely furnished. Location was good away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, with restaurants and a mini grocery within walking distance.

Not nearly as clean as it should have been. Communication when looking for wifi information was lacking via booking.com, everything in the apartment is worn and tired, and could use refreshing. The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable.

It was very modern and spacious

The glass tables caused us a lot of anxiety as we had a three year old. A wooden table would have been more appropriate s as safer. The lock in the apartment door was not working and it took us nearly an hour trying ing to get into the apartment, again not ideal with young children. I did report this.

Clean, bright big apartment. Very good TV and good location.

Check in delayed as cleaner cancelled so had to wait 2 hours longer. No access entry code given with instructions for main door. No Nespresso capsules for machine.

Θέρμανση ανύπαρκτη, χαλασμένο καζανάκι στο ένα μπάνιο και είχε μόνο 1 ρολό τουαλέτας σε κάθε μπάνιο για 6 άτομα στις 5 μέρες.

El Alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones muy cómodas y amplio para las 8 personas que éramos.

La limpieza en general no era la esperada,en particular la cocina ( campana extractora,el horno...) y los colchones no estaban buenas condiciones. La lavadora- secadora no resultó útil ya q no secaba la ropa.
