Perfectly acceptable apartment in a superb location

Location was amazing - very convenient for Haymarket & Murrayfield. Lots of restaurants at the end of the road. Comfy beds and Plenty of space of 3 people.

Parking isn't reserved - but I found 25 hrs parking in Q-Park for £12 a short walk away. A few breakfast supplies would have been very appreciated. Provided towels were very small! Slight damp smell.

I would not pay this much money for such an uncomfortable stay again.

We booked the accommodation for 9 guests. There were not enough beds for all of the guests. Online one of the rooms is advertised as having 2 X double beds (with a picture showing this) but in reality there is only one double bed and a small pull out sofa bed. There was not enough bedding for 9 guests. There was not enough towels for 9 guests. The heating was turned off at the radiators (in winter?!). This nd the fact that both sofa beds had NO bedding made for a very cold nights sleep. One of the bed’s mattress protectors was blood stained (you could see this through the sheets, we didn’t look specifically under the sheets). The skirting boards behind and beside the beds were laden with dust and dirt.

Dog friendly .Great location easy walk to centre and markets but also plenty around if you want to go out nearer. Host was very accommodating and helpful especially when we locked ourselves out 😬

Good place for big groups

Plenty space for all of us, (we were 8). The location is perfect to walk around Edinburgh. really well connected to the airport and there are a lot of restaurants around. We had a problem with the heat but next day was fixed. They were so kind to check it late in the evening and fix it the next day.

For big groups having only one bathroom could be a bit tricky. The entrance of the property it is not well maintained. But once you are inside the apartment, everything looks okay.

The description "parking" is EXTREMELY misleading as there is no allocated or free parking and it's REALLY expensive to park. Other than that it's fine but it added lots to our trip cost, if you were there a week it would be hundreds.

Great location for Edinburgh city centre.

Excellent location. Lovely apartment with lots of space. Clean and nicely decorated.

Description says there is parking but you can only park for a maximum of 2 hours during the day (you need to pay for this) on the road the apartment is on. It’s free at weekends and after 5.30pm. We used the Just Park App to find a space nearby. Sofa bed is suitable only for children. Very uncomfortable for adults.

A filthy place to stay , I have over 30 photos of grime , dust , stains, mould ect ect

It was filthy and dangerous, there was a live electrical pin hanging out of a socket , a potential death to anyone who touches it

Convenient flat, but improvements to make

Great location

The shower ran cold the whole time and upon telling the owner they agreed to send someone to fix it but they arrived after we’d departed the property, so… we all had cold showers. Luckily it was spring time. One bathroom for 8 guests was probably not enough

Decent apartment, but no parking is available as the title says.

Kitchen and living room are decent size. Hot water worked perfectly.

Beware, the apartment does NOT offer parking. The title is misleading. You can park on the street with a paid hourly rate (which is crazy expensive) and maximum two hours. It is free though between 6pm and 8.30am, if you're lucky enough to find a spot. The place needs more attention to detail in general. It's ok just for one night. One room is dark, the other 2 are fine, with plenty of light.

Duerme en el suelo o en cama sucia

Era normal. Salvo que no tenia sitio para los que eramos. Si hubiesemos reservado para 6 en vez de para 10 hubiese sido una experiencia mala pero pasable.

La suciedad en algunas camas y edredones con pelos y manchas. El sofa cama que se desmontaba en medio de la noche y no tenia ni sabanas. Que reservamos para 10 y 3 durmieron hacinados en un sofa cama en el que no cabian y se desmontaba y uno en el suelo. Y sobre todo: la atencion de la dueña que no hizo NADA por intentar ayudar a resolver su error. Nos dijo que era lo que habia cuando en la reserva nos traía que habia dos habitaciones con cama doble, 1 habitacion con dos camas dobles y un sofa cama doble (es decir sitio para 10)
