Location was amazing - very convenient for Haymarket & Murrayfield.
Lots of restaurants at the end of the road.
Comfy beds and Plenty of space of 3 people.
Parking isn't reserved - but I found 25 hrs parking in Q-Park for £12 a short walk away.
A few breakfast supplies would have been very appreciated.
Provided towels were very small!
Slight damp smell.

Dog friendly .Great location easy walk to centre and markets but also plenty around if you want to go out nearer.
Host was very accommodating and helpful especially when we locked ourselves out 😬
Fourth bed a sofa bed and very limited bedding

Clean, good location
The description "parking" is EXTREMELY misleading as there is no allocated or free parking and it's REALLY expensive to park. Other than that it's fine but it added lots to our trip cost, if you were there a week it would be hundreds.
