Outside of the building was a little rundown. Some scaffolding was up. Lift up to floor 6, the two sets of stairs to the penthouse.
Inside is a dream. Fabulous large kitchen with island. All utensils that is needed for gourmet cooking. Tea/instant coffee / sugar was plentiful. Large dining table with 10 comfy chairs.
5 spacious double bedrooms, clean and extremely comfortable. Large windows everywhere to receive beautiful views over the city.
Outside space was more than generous, a large table,chairs and Hollywood swing and extra fancy chairs.
Two living/ sitting rooms.
Aldi around the corner.
A couple of cafes/ takeout close by on the main road.
Absolutely space galore.
We loved the flat and it certainly was a highlight to our whole trip.
Parking on the road is free from 17:30-08:30 then you must pay through an app or online or over the telephone. Information is on the roadside.

Location was really good and central to go to Rugby.
The windows were a bit dated and didnt close, hence the apartment was pretty cold.

Bedrooms clean, kitchen brilliant, view from outside area brilliant, parking right outside, very quiet, bright and spacious. Great for a group, there was a lift for the oldies.
The outside is not good, the entrance is not nice from the street (which not much can be done about) and the last little stair way from the lift to the door to the apartment is worrying. The balcony area is a mess, the bins in the kitchen were full and there was no spare loo roll and it was quite difficult retrieving the key.
