Communication was excellent via WhatsApp with staff . Description of room.was exactly as photos. Room was great size. Bathroom was light and large mirror, ,bath and separate shower, toiletries.
Tv in main area and in the bedroom . Safe . Kitchen area great. Location was great . View of the castle was lovely. 24 hr shop next door and tesco 1 min away. Over all a great location and room. Would recommend
The double bed was a little firm . There is room for a king size which would been great maybe when swapping a bigger one would be more comfortable. Not a massive issue just observation.

The location was close to everything! Lots of dining & shopping options with Waverley Station a 10 minute walk away.
There are no real views but the windows have internal barriers so the street noise is dulled.
It had all the basics so was perfect for a stay of 3 nights.
The shower was nice & hot & powerful, we loved the luxury of a good bath!
Contact with the office was great & loved the key code entry, made it so simple.
It would have been nice to have a some milk, dish washing liquid/tablets for the dish washer and washing machine powder.
We were in apt 4, and there is no lift so a bit of a struggle with luggage.

The location was prime, spacious with kitchen, cozzy bed
Stairs to climb with luggage was not easy, no option to store luggage, we requested for lock code chage for main door as someone was looking at the code while we ender, they were least bothered to change!
