Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and well appointed.

3 flights of steep stairs with a heavy suitcase

Very clean and nice. Excellent bathroom. Really good communication.

I would have loved coffee, and the cleaning maid wasn’t done when we arrived.

Very large and well updated rooms at a good value in a great location except for the street noise.

Poorly managed. When we arrived our door code did not work. Took 30 min to resolve. Later that evening someone else accessed our room with a code given to them by management- they were able to open our door and enter our room while we were in bed at midnight! Said management told them to come to look for bedding or something because they were supposed to have a sofa bed and did not. I alerted management. Management blamed the other guests to going to the wrong room. Either way they had a code that opened my door! They said the situation was fixed and offered a bottle of wine- which I did not take because that is an odd offer after such a big issue. The next day someone else knocked on our door asking if it was their unit because the unit management had booked them into- and they were able to open with the code provided- also had someone else in it. So the issue clearly was not resolved and didn’t seem to be taken very seriously. I would have expected a refund.
