Top locatie, dichtbij bij winkels en restaurants. Makkelijk bereikbaar zowel met openbaar vervoer, lopend of taxi. Comfortabel, ruim en schone huis. Contact met de eigenaar is snel en duidelijk.
Je hebt heel weinig daglicht omdat het een benedenwoning is maar dat maakte er absoluut niet minder om. Alles was gewoon goed.

Really well placed (trams and buses and walking all easy). Great sized rooms and good facilities; the welcome video is a great idea. Bathrooms well appointed and plenty of towels (I hate having skimpy towels!) Great hairdryers too.
Hair conditioner ...... picky, but we all agreed it wasn't great!

Had a great weekend stay at 22 a Rutland square. The apartment was clean and and had everything we needed. We all loved how the rooms were laid out and the bathrooms were clean and modern and had great water pressure. The apartment is near Haymarket station and city centre. Even though the apartment is in the heart of Edinburgh city we found it quite and loved the comfortable beds. Best place i ve stayed in Edinburgh. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for our great stay

The property was probably one of the nicest I have stayed in. It appeared clean and was well appointment and comfortable and in an excellent location.
We experienced an incident on the last evening and the response from the letting agent was disappointing to say the least.
