Great stay

The apartment has a great location . It’s one step from the stores , Starbucks and other shops . It also very close to the tram station . The complementary box was also great ! It was just enough of coffe and cookies for us during our stay ! So I would give 5 stars to this !

The only thing what was a bit on a negative side is that apartment was at the last floor , even there is no many steps it was very hard with kids to carry the carts back and up , while carrying the baby too . Other thing in my personal opinion the check in should be at least an hr before . Everything else was wonderful !

Location, interior styling. Instructions for access ok, no issues.

The stairs, note to self to check listings more thoroughly in future. Group of 4 ladies 50+ travelling, one found the stairs difficult especially when carrying case. No mirror in bedroom near a socket, must have been removed as burn from hair Straighteners on carpet. Noise from guests on floor below returning in early hours, can't be helped i suppose by owners of this flat, but disturbed sleep. Cleaner arrived at 9.25am and was checking for key in key safe when I was taking cases down the stairs when checkout was 10am.

Amazing location Very clean and great building Amenities intact and adequate light Loved the apartment and view and natural sunlight Proximity to everything was a bonus and great cafés around and the tram is 3 mins away along with the bus.

Needed more coffee and sugar packets. Nothing else and good overall. Heating system takes time but is okay.

The property is absolutely lovely. Perfect location, close to all amenities also. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay again.

Only a couple things, the freeview wasn’t working for us on the TV, the single bedroom doesn’t seem to get heated overnight even though the heat is on so it’s quite cold and the 3 flights of stairs to the flat are slightly a killer!

Totally mislead, absolute rip off for £594 one night

Nothing really

The bathroom was dirty, the toilet brush had faeces on it. Holes in bedroom wall, marks on the carpet, when they have repainted certain part of the walls it’s with different colour. We were a family of 4, they sold it to us as 2 double rooms. 1 double room, 1 box room with a single bed and a lamp on the floor. My son and girlfriend had to sleep on the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. The shutters for windows were all put on the wrong way. The photos make it look spacious, it’s very small. The tv only had a few channels, said the rest were not available. A family of 4 and there was a tiny chair and a small sofa. Someone had to sit in the floor. Private parking which is 5 minute walk around the back of some buildings, slim parking spaces and crowded, did not feel safe leaving car here. Very poor quality. We paid £594 for one night. We paid for a luxury apartment. We would have been better off going to and easy hotel or travel lodge. We have had a tough year and thought we need a bit of luxury. THESE ARE NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS!!! I am requesting a refund before I make this public!!! We got no photos I was so upset

We would return, we enjoyed our stay at Stafford St.

Plenty of space, nice decor and had everything we needed, albeit a bit of walking needed if your planning trips around the opposite end of Princes St or Royal Mile.

Wife didn’t appreciate no mirror in the bedroom to prepare for going out. Also my daughter noticed when opening the small bedroom drawers the face of one of the drawers kept coming away entirely.

Fabulous apartment!

The apartment was so clean and lovely! It’s in a great location and so easy to access. The rooms are lovely and the kitchen was stocked with some essentials such as sugar & coffee. Dishwasher & heating both so easy to use!

The only negative would be the sofa bed being very uncomfortable, but other than that this is an amazing apartment for a trip to Edinburgh!

Good potential, but bad cleaning

- Position - Apartment layout

- The apartment was not so clean (hairs on the floors and on the sofa, carpets with spots, general feeling of dirty floors) - Only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel for an apartment for 3 persons 🤦🏻‍♂️ - Thermostat with exhausted batteries. We had to replace them in order to activate the heating system that was out of service

Excellent base for Edinburgh exploration (but bring your own pillows)

I stayed for 3 nights with my wife and two young children. The location was excellent - a 1 minute walk from the West End tram stop and very central. Also there was a Sainsburys, Starbucks, and other shops in close proximity, making it easy to stock up on supplies. We had no issues collecting the key and the communications by the host were good. The apartment itself was smart, spacious, well-equipped. Good Wi-Fi. We used the kitchen facilities and we also used the washing machine.

One major criticism - the quality of the pillows / bedding wasn’t satisfactory for this price point. One of our children stayed on the sofa bed and it wasn’t too comfortable. We weren’t able to obtain a late checkout. As our home train was later in the day, we left our luggage at a Premier Inn next to Edinburgh Waverley railway station (booked via the website “Stasher”). This is a good option for luggage storage as the left luggage facility at the station is very expensive.

This comfortable and clean apt is centrally located for all Edinburgh sights. Wonderful stay.

The location was perfect and the apartment was spacious. One big bedroom and a smaller one perfect for a single person or child.

No complaints really, but we could have used a few more towels.

Perfect location for visiting the Capital.

The accommodation was just perfect for train service, restaurants and pubs. It was also pretty easy to get to Playhouse for theatre as the weather was favourable. I would definitely like to come back again and will recommend.
