Walker Apartment

The property was in a great location, just a short walk from all the main tourist attractions. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby too. The fact that it came with a parking space was a bonus. The property had a lot of facilities and on the whole was well equipped. It was a bright and spacious property and nicely styled with comfy beds and great showers.

I think the location of how to access the parking spot behind the property could have been communicated better especially as many of the surrounding streets are one-way only or only accessible for bikes and taxis. It would also have been nice to know that this was a basement apartment. It was lovely and light and spacious, but the steps down may be a struggle for those with limited mobility so would be good to know upfront. I think the property could benefit from a just a few little added extras such as tea towels, extra toiletries to make it truly great.

Ubicación a 2 minutos del tranvía (West End), por ello conexión estupenda con aeropuerto.Cama cómoda, tranquilo y a 15 minutos a pie del centro. Bañera de hidromasaje. Estancias amplias.

The location is central and the street is quiet. Beds are comfortable The host is responsive

The apartment is not well maintained. In particular the bathrooms and the kitchen: the bathrooms have mold on the wall of the bathtub/shower, with spots of black mold as well. I had to let my kids not to touch the walls. And the fridge was smelly with crumbs inside, evidently it was not cleaned before our arrival. We told the host and came to clean it. There are much better well maintained properties for the price. This wan not an “exceptional” stay
