As described and like in the photos. Great location, close to centre and train station. Really appreciated the welcome box with tea, coffee etc and some little milk sachets to get us started.

We had several issues which did not fit with the ‘luxurious’ description •The fridge had no shelves including the door shelf •The bathroom sinks did not drain away •There were no wine glasses •The washing machine did not work

Spacious, great location to walk to the Old and New towns, visit cathedrals, the Castle, etc.

Great location, super easy to walk to the Old and New towns, and visit cathedrals, the Castle, etc. Well furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are comfy. Spacious rooms.

Checkin is duplicated by having to do it on the ALTIDO website; was not able to easily find the place and entry instructions as you need to complete the paperwork before you get the house manual - so had to contact the hosts. Sofa is not very comfortable although super easy to use.

The location is great, spacious unit, the pull out sofa is not comfortable but the couch works out just fine.

The bedrooms face a very busy road that is a quite noisy at all hours of the night.

Beautiful apartment for family stay, about 15 minute walk to the castle

It was so central to everything with plenty of restaurants and pubs great public transport with the tram on your doorstep and the train station

the only thing was I didn’t receive the message for the codes for the property but I made a call and they gave them to me other than that it was a fabulous place to stay

Great little affordable Air Bnb

The flat was really clean and really well kitted out. It was also a great location, about 10 mins walk from anywhere.

We contacted the hosts a few times regarding extra sheets and heating but no reply on WhatsApp.

Very specious Comfortable sleep Easy access to the property and good location.

There wasn't enough tea mugs for the guests, there was only 3 there and the property sleeps 6. Also there was no washing up liquid which is not expected but its a nice to have as we then couldn't wash up the tea mugs to share.

Disappointing

The location and size.

The property wasn’t clean, bedding wasn’t clean, really difficult to get hold of someone to sort problems out, had to constantly chase progress up, not enough furniture for us as a family to eat at a table, not enough crockery for us and it was chipped and cracked.

Spacious

The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain. The carpets were tatty and frayed around the edges. On the stairway down to our apartment the carpet was loose and off the grippers which was dangerous. The Wi-fi didn’t work and Altido online chat weren’t helpful. The shower had no slip mat and yes I slipped and fell hurting my foot and leg.

Exceptional

The apartment was exceptional. The hosts were approachable, friendly and answered any queries rapidly. The apartment was ideally placed for easy access to attractions and very close to the train station. The apartment exceeded all expectations, myself and my 2 children had a calm, cosy and comfy stay. Would highly recommend this property to all and will definitely be booking again next time I'm in Edinburgh.

La localización, al lado de parada de bus para ir y volver al aeropuerto, supermercados 24h al lado, y cerca de todo caminando para visitar la ciudad. La casa bastante grande y equipada.

Tener que pagar a parte las sábanas del sofá cama, y el propio sofá cama es incómodo. De resto la casa genial completamente equipada y bastante grande.
