Beautiful apartment, centrally located. I would highly recommend!!

The property was centrally located to Edinburgh city. The apartment had all the facilities my family needed. It was clean, warm (which is essential in winter!) a washing machine which was handy for travel! Would highly recommend a would stay again next time we visit Edinburgh.

So near everything which was brilliant

Unfortunately the leg of the pull out bed was broken but we managed to sort it out, but it was a bit uncomfortable for 2 to sleep on it

Was a nice clean modern apartment centrally located.

Clean nice apartment. Rooms were comfortable and living area spacious. Kitchen was nice and kitchen table great gathering spot.

Kitchen faucet was off in kitchen notified but they didn’t fix it while we were there- and the couch was small and not too comfortable - needs to be a nice pull it bed not just a little futon, since it says it sleeps 6. There is plenty of room for a decent sized bed.

Brilliant for 4 people who are family

The location and the look of the old building from outside The cleanliness of the staircase The bath and shower are very good

The rooms can never accommodate six people, therefore the use of the sofa bed is mandatory A single bathroom for 6 people is certainly uncomfortable 1st floor with no lift in case you have heavy luggage There is a parking spot but finding it was a true challenge. A drawn map would have helped I asked to keep the car in the parking spot for a few hours after check out but I received no response ! Every email you receive from the management says we will be in touch with you 2 days before your arrival ! even the check out confirmation email !!! someone could not be bothered writing different emails ! overall lighting is a bit dim and the lamp stand does not work

Overall a roomy stay but lacks supplies and host response/attention during our stay.

We like the property itself. It’s in central location and within walking distance to Prince Street. The living room and master bedroom are spacious, but the small bedroom is a bit cramped.

The place lacks proper supplies for the kitchen and the customer services person stopped responding to me after I started asking for the kitchen wares. It’s impossible to cook basic English breakfast at this place. The lock of the apartment door was pretty basic and looks weak. Security was not a big concern though, given the door in the lobby downstairs was locked. The living room floor was not skewed in the middle so the kitchen table was screwed towards one side as well.

Disappointing

The decor of the apartment was nice.

This was the moat outrageously priced stay of our whole trip, and yet the bedding for the sofa bed was not even included. This was not communicated at the time of the booking and it was an unpleasant surprise to receive a message a couple of days before arrival that we needed to pay £20 or would not be provided with bedding for the sofa bed although the apartment advertises to sleep 6. Additionally, the host was the most unaccommodating I’ve ever dealt with and would not allow luggage drop off and ignored my inquiry for an early check-in. The sink and shower drains were both clogged, making them very difficult and uncomfortable to use (in my brief shower I ended up with water up to my ankles). Although there was a coffee machine, there were no pods provided so after paying more than a night in a luxury hotel, we couldn’t even enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. There were some tea bags, but not even a packet of sugar. We are not difficult people to please, but feel that we were greatly taken advantage of and misled, and that our satisfaction and comfort were clearly of no concern to this horrible host.

Nice and high quality apartment

A spacious and comfortable apartment, in a central location, everything is new / renovated.

Parking - the relevant parking lots are quite far away, and need to be booked in advance. I park at night under the apartment - a place reserved only for property owners / regional parking ticket holders, but there was a lot of free space. And in the morning - I parked in a place to pay with a payment machine (about 5 pounds per hour, limited to 4 hours)

My only complaint that I have is about the sofa which was unbelievably uncomfortable. Brutal to be honest but that is all. First class apartment other than that

A really great base to explore Edinburgh.

Great location, very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped. I found it difficult to reach the top shelves as I'm not very tall! The bathroom mirror was also too high for me and there was no mirror in the bedroom. Instructions for working the microwave etc would have been helpful. Also information about how to recycle would have been appreciated. But these are very minor comments, overall we had a great stay and loved the apartment and the city. I would strongly recommend the apartment.

The apartment itself was great and in a good location. We were however disappointed that it is advertised as having parking, yet outside the property is permit only (no permit provided) and nearest available parking ended up costing us approx £100 for the weekend.

Great location, lovely apartment, clean and lovely and warm on arrival which was very welcoming. Really great communication from Tom in good time prior to our stay. Would recommend!

Excellent, clean, well equipped apartment in a great location.

Excellent location to all local tourist spots. Quite location, lovely and clean and fully equipped. The beds were really comfy. Great shower. Everything was catered for in this stunning apartment.

The only negative issue was that the items in the wall units in the kitchen were a little hard to reach. Only being 5ft3" tall meant it was a struggle to reach anything over the first shelf. It would have been nice to have two hand towels - one for each guest instead of sharing one between us.
