The location was excellent and the renovations and furnishings were very nice. We were in the Elliot suite one the first floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is 15-20 min from old town area. Lots of restaurants, bars, grocery store, pharmacy, and transport near by including the airport bus and trams.

The minimal instructions on how to use some of the appliances. I had to message the property to get additional information on where the outlets were for the small appliances on the counter and how to turn on the vent for the stove that they ask you to do to avoid setting off the fire alarms. There’s no AC in the unit and the small fans provided didn’t help that much during a heat wave. There are beautiful floor to ceiling windows that were difficult to open as the ropes got stuck in between the window panes. For security purposes, they added a piece of glass over the area that would have been open so little air was coming in. The instructions for the microwave was not clear and I didn’t bother to follow up. One of the beds was too large for the bedroom leaving no space for luggage, very little room to move around, including to fully open the bedroom door. The bed in the master/bigger bedroom was extremely hard. My back hurt the next day. I know it maybe personal preference but just be aware. There is a washer/dryer combination but it didn’t dry well and I couldn’t figure out how to just use the dryer without starting the washer. I ended up using the drying rack. They provided some essential cooking and cleaning products but could have used more than one kitchen towel. Maybe a roll of paper towel would be helpful. While the kitchen seemed like a good place to cook meal, in the end, it just didn’t seem worth it with the challenges to using the appliances due to limited instructions. There’s also a beautiful bath tub that’s very slippery. The master shower with the marble floors was also slippery. Also note that there is plenty of street parking that is free after 1800? But you have to pay during the day.

The room design and the location of the property were excellent. The equipment and amenities in the room were of luxurious quality. Basic necessities such as tea, coffee, and cooking oil were thoughtfully provided, along with some small snacks. There was always hot water available.

“The bed prepared for our child had not been properly set up, and some items had been left on it. When we lifted the mattress to set it up ourselves, we found nuts and trash left behind by a previous guest. The sofa had also not been cleaned thoroughly. Although almost everything had been thoughtfully provided, even an iron, there was no vacuum cleaner available. The radiators throughout the house, except for the one in the bathroom, were not working. We tried to keep warm using a small portable heater. When we reported the issue, we were told that the technical service team would investigate, but we never received any follow-up. The placement of the smoke detector was inappropriate, as it went off every time we cooked. If a neighbor had not helped us, we would not have known how to silence the alarm, and the staff only arrived several hours later. You have a beautiful house, but unfortunately I would say that there is no effective customer support or point of contact when problems arise.”
