1 toilet heater rack was not working. More toilet basic amenities can be provided like toilet rolls especially when staying more than 4/5 nights, as it was barely sufficient for us.

We liked the location, easy access to all of Edinburgh.
The rooms were big and airy, lots of space. It was immaculately clean.
Bathrooms were excellent.
Good water pressure.
Plenty of drinking glasses. The fridge/freezer was large and was cold.
Large smart TV.
We loved the ocular ceiling in the hall way.
We were very disappointed with the amount of damage in the apartment, for example broken spindle on the staircase and a hole behind the kitchen door to name 2. Particularly when a substantial damage deposit is taken.
No wardrobe in master bedroom, old fashioned dressing table and no mirror either.
Chipped crockery and cups. And a woeful lack of cooking utensils, for example half a plastic ladle and wooden spoon. No spatulas or large serving spoons.
