The property was well-situated and very clean. The hosts responded promptly to questions. Plenty of room for 5 people. Would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen could have been a little bit more equipped with paper towels and a cloth to wipe down counters. Also, we received many, often duplicate, pre-arrival messages. While I know this is the Booking way-to have everything electronic and contactless- but it is stressful to have to read through several messages and figure out all the logistics.

We had a lovely stay just the stairs where hard for two of our party as they had issues the stairs

The key code box wasn’t in a user friendly place

It didn’t tell you it was two flights of stairs to the property when you entered the property The front door wasn’t always closed properly by the other residents The dining table we thought would be better in the the beautiful lounge a much better yo chat after eating than in the kitchen and then there would be more room in the kitchen which was great The flat itself was fantastic the views around where lovely Easy to get a taxi we got a card off the taxi we got from the station and they were very helpful used wherever we wanted to go All in all very comfortable

The fan in the bathroom was so noisy it woke us up every time one of us needed to se the toilet thru the night. Needs renewing or oiling!😂👍🏼

Beautiful bright historic feeling apartment with high ceilings yet very homey feeling.

Big, bright and open space with high historic ceilings and large bedrooms. Pretty easy walking distance to all the sites to see in Edinburgh. Very peaceful at night for sleeping

It over looks one street corner that has a very loud pedestrian crossing signal that you can clearly hear during the day. There is a lot of stairs to reach the floor it is on and we had 1 traveler with knee issues.

The property was in a good location, it was fitted out to a high standard and was very clean and comfortable.

The stairway up to the apartment was very poorly lit, to the point you could barely see the stairs at the points of the landing. There was also roadworks outside that we were not told about, which started at 7.30 every morning.

The accommodation is very high spec, with extremely comfortable beds in all three bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage. The apartment is in a fabulous central location, with coffee shops and a wonderful wine bar a few doors along and Princes Street an easy 5 minute walk away. Communication with the hosts was exceptional, including a video of the apartment, showing where everything (including the heating and the fuse box) was.

Light on the stairs wasn't working. I should have contacted the property manager to report about it. No lift in the building. Pretty tricky to haul our luggage's on those steep stairs.
