Heart of Edinburgh City Centre 3 Bed Georgian Apt

It’s very spacious and beautiful inside. High ceilings and large rooms. Excellent location. Near to everything but not noisy.

Nothing. Just be aware that there are stairs up to the apartment- nothing onerous but just in case you have anyone in your group for whom stairs are tricky.

The apartment itself was lovely. Very clean. Very comfortable.

There are two very long flights of stairs to get to the apartment. I don’t recall seeing anything about this before I booked. After booking and paying, there was a video showing how to get in to the apartment and showing the stairs. We were three 75+ year old ladies so struggled a bit with our cases. This definitely needs to be mentioned before booking. The communal area to get to the apartment was very dirty. Also the key holder needs to be raised up from the ground. This is all such a shame as the apartment was beautiful and very well located.

Location was phenomenal. Apartment was clean and spacious. We were a family group and loved how easy it was to access the City from the apartment.

Showers, including fixtures are shocking and need sorting out. The apartment is obviously well used but could do with a few breaks to do some maintenance, as a bit tired in places, in my opinion.

fantastic facilities once inside, great comms from the owner. very tidy.

our visit was hampered by some of the neighbours being noisy, but it didn’t ruin the experience. the council owned stairwell needs improvement.
