Clean, comfortable, great location, plenty of space for our group. Appreciated the various sundries that were stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms and the availability of other items such as hair dryer, iron, drying racks etc to help us feel at home. The property was presented exactly as pictured in the listing, which was appreciated!
Street noise, and lack of option for an additional single bed. In the end it worked out as one of my daughters slept on the sofa but it would have been a nice touch to have the option to pay for a rollaway single bed for our group of two couples and two singles.

fantastic facilities once inside, great comms from the owner. very tidy.
our visit was hampered by some of the neighbours being noisy, but it didn’t ruin the experience. the council owned stairwell needs improvement.
