We had a lovely time in Edinburgh and will return to the apartment.

Ideal for 1 or 2 night stay for short city break/event

Quick replies and clear communication from the owner. Able to easily locate which key safe to use as owner sent clear images. Apartment itself was lovely and very clean with lots of extras thrown in such as tea/coffee/biscuits/shampoo, etc. Beds very comfortable and plenty of towels to use and shower was pretty decent.

Parking - potentially an oversight on us but saw that parking was available and didn’t explore any further until day of travelling; its meter parking and is open for anyone to use so unfortunately, we had to park 15-20 minute walk away as there was none available when we arrived. We wouldn’t have figured out charges anyway if being honest as wasn’t particularly clear and we’re not used to city parking. The outside, entry and stairs up (no lift but not a problem for us) did make me question where I’d booked initially - there are industrial size bins outside that were in need of emptying so the smell wasn’t very pleasant but as soon as walked through the front door, it looked like a completely different building but first impression wasn’t the greatest - but the apartment itself was fantastic.

Mattresses could use an upgrade. Stairway and entry into building are somewhat dismal and in need of refurbishing

Spotless, spacious and welcoming flat

We were able to get checked in early to drop off luggage, and were kept updated. The flat interior was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the host provided great recommendations for meals nearby and very prompt in responding. Area was quiet and there was spaces to park alongside the street if needed. The interior was wonderfully modern and upscale, towels were provided and the beds were decent in size. The faux plants were a nice touch and easy to move around (tidier than the real ones) while letting down the blinds. Kitchen with refreshments was lovely. Showers were wonderfully warm, may want to play around with the handle for slightly cooler water. Location is central and fantastically close to nearby dining spots/stations.

Not a detraction, but it may be a good idea to ask the host for laundromats nearby for clothes that may be too delicate (e.g. moisture wicking/fast drying synthetics) for drying rack).

Lovely modern apartment. Shad let us check in early, no fuss or drama, and was very responsive to messages. Very clean and in a great location

Bit worried when we saw the state of the communal hallway but were happy once we got inside the apartment

Es tal cual muestran las fotos . Muy nuevo , muy , limpio y bien equipado El dueño muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar o asistir a cualquier necesidad . 10/10

Todo la verdad es que estuvo bien . Comenté que el sofá lo encontré un poco duro pero inmediatamente me ayudó para mejorar eso. Él está pendiente de todo y eso es muy importante por cualquier eventualidad !!!
