We were so comfortable. Everything you might need was right around the corner - take out food, groceries, pharmacy and other little shops. We were also so convenient for the bus! We were able to get downtown and back very easily. Plenty of room and all the bathrooms were great!

There really wasn't anything that we did not like. Maybe some more towels per guest and a little more furniture.

Our group of 10 adults stayed in this house for a week and we were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location is excellent – public transport is practically at the doorstep, with frequent and convenient connections to and from the city centre. A large supermarket (Tesco) and other everyday services are close by, yet the neighbourhood itself is quiet, with very little traffic, making it pleasant to stay in. The host, David, is very friendly, responsive and willing to help immediately if anything comes up. Check‑in and check‑out instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we were allowed to check in early as there were no guests before us that day. The house is surprisingly spacious: five double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large kitchen with a pantry, a living room with an electric fireplace and a big TV, a dining room, a conservatory, and a large outdoor terrace. It is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable multi‑day stay for a larger group – fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, air fryer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, and plenty of towels, dishes, glasses and cutlery for 10 people. The heating also worked very well, which made the stay comfortable throughout the week. Cleanliness was excellent, the mattresses were very comfortable, all windows had blackout curtains, and each bedroom had a mirror. There are a few small things that could be improved: mirrors in the bathrooms would be useful, as well as wardrobes or at least more wall hooks in the bedrooms, and better pillows. We increased the number of seats in the living room and dining room by moving chairs from other rooms. A lower water pressure in one bathroom and the lack of a handheld shower in the bathroom with a bathtub were easily solved by using other bathrooms. Everything can be managed with a bit of flexibility and good will.

Size and price (in comparison to other Edinburgh properties) 5 bedrooms, 5 double beds, comfortably holds 10. Easy instructions for check in and out. Does the job without being overly fancy. 1 parking space at the property but plenty more free parking spaces on the street around the corner

The surrounding area isn’t the best and it’s a bit out of the centre, but nothing an uber won’t sort out.

The location was good with tram nearby for easy commute and takeaways

1) shower didn't work 2) no warning about skylights not having blinds ... could have brought eyemasks... came to relax and woken 5am every morning 3) beds disgusting springs digging in on pregnant ladies loll 4) for a house that accommodates 10 people a 4 seater sofa is not ideal.
