Great apt for groups

Layout with multiple bedrooms and twin beds is a great layout for groups. The house keeper was very pleasant. Would definitely book again.

Good value, spacious flat, centrally located in Edinburgh.

The flat was large enough for the group. The rooms seemed clean and the bathrooms were adequate. Sofa bed in the lounge was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The little garden terrace was lovely in nice sunny weather! The flat was very centrally located with several supermarkets very nearby.

Poor impression from the entrance door and hallway. Stairs were pretty steep both inside and outside and a rail would be safer if installed.

Not suitable for families

Location close to places of tourist attraction

Unclean, lacks basic supplies like handwash liquid, graffiti on front door and only access is through a risky staircase, nearest parking has vehicle height restriction and no suitable on street parking available - so ended up having to park over half a mile away despite being reassured of availability on advert and messages, overall interior standard poorer than even hostels or bedsits, not suitable for family.

Met our needs

Good location, great size! And a lovely balcony - that's a massive bonus.

Not able to open window in bedroom upstairs and was very hot, kitchen facilities super basic - would be great to have a French press and some big bowls for crisps / salads etc. Floors downstairs were really sticky and there were unclean bows (still with noodles attached) in the cupboard - tried to not look at things too carefully because ignorance really is bliss...

No teníamos agua caliente y no nos pudimos poner en contacto con el propietario ya que tras varias llamadas y mensajes nunca nos respondió. Las ventanas no cierran bien y se escucha ruido de la calle

Appartement bien placé, l’hôte réactif nous a permis de récupérer des clés perdues

Appartement bien placé près de la vieille ville. L’hôte est réactif et disponible. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Les chambres côté rue sont mal isolées car on entend beaucoup la circulation et conversations dans la rue. Une des salles de bains est très petite.

L'emplacement près de Grass market Netflix fourni

Immeuble et entrée glauques. Rue très bruyante . Difficile pour les chambres donnant sur la rue Pas salle de bain ni toilettes au rez-de-chaussée . Sol collant. Une salle de bain rattachée à une chambre donc impossible d'isoler l'une de l'autre. Problème de chasse d'eau réparé à minima et conseil d'utiliser un seau pour son usage ! Fenêtres d'un autre âge fermant mal ou pas.
