The property was great for our 3 days in Edinburgh. The location was superb, easy walking distance to train station and Royal Mile. The apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and was very clean. Loved the flexibility of the kitchen and coffee machine.

The weather was very warm while we were there and there was no air conditioning. Opening the windows helped cool the apartment, which got quite warm by the end of the day. As the apartment was on the fifth floor and there was no lift, we had to carry our suitcases down the stairs. It was ok for us but some people may find this difficult.

The location was perfect and within a walking distance from most of central sightseeing sites. It was great that a property gave us our own access code and we did not need any keys or cards to access our apartment.

We both found beds very uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep through the night without waking up from discomfort. Bedsheets and duvet cover were of poor quality (synthetic), flat was very small in size and there were no lifts at all, which forced us carry a heavy suitcase to 3 floor. It was particularly challenging as my husband just went through abdominal surgery a month ago and j had little choice as to carry it up the stairs myself. Also it is very problematic to arrange a luggage storage as there is just a tiny cupboard for suitcases (which on both occasions of our arrival and departure was full). It caused additional inconvenience as we had to pay additional charges for storage in the Waverley train station.
