Location is great.
hot water was not enough. We wanted to have a good soak at night, but hot water ran out even after pressing ‘boost’ button .
And also, it was difficult to unlock the room door when we came back on the first day and the second day.

Location, location, location!!!
This property sits right on the Royal Mile (High Street). Multiple food establishments are right outside the door along with multiple souvenir shops. Within 50 feet are several tour operations that are available to book online and then walk out you r door and link up with the tour group you selected.
The walking tours are great fun, but you definitely need comfortable walking shoes and good endurance. Edinburgh is mostly all uphill!!!...at least the tours we selected took mostly uphill routes around the city.
No complaints at all. Edinburgh is going back on my bucket list to visit again.
