The property boasts two large double bedrooms with high spec, extremely cosy, comfortable King Size beds that are guaranteed to provide a good night's sleep prior to commencing your adventures. The flat has fine quality linens and towels supplied. It also has a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom to ensure a luxurious stay. It is very important for guests to note that the bedrooms are located to the rear of the building where it is extremely quiet despite the flat's highly desirable city centre location. The living room is located overlooking the bustling Royal Mile where you will never tire of sitting in the window seat watching the activity below you. The flat is fully furnished and fully equipped with washer drier, oven and hob, microwave etc. Lots of pubs, bars and restaurants right outside ! Please note the flat is on the 4th floor and accessed via a spiral staircase.

Very charming and very clean apartment. Prime location directly on the Royal Mile. Highly recommend this flat. Host was very helpful and responsive. Great visit !!

Great location. Stairs were a bit of a challenge but manageable. Would definitely stay here again. Not sure if the owner knows but there was only 1 tea cup, so we had to use the water glasses for our morning cup.

Great location but wish we had known about the steep stairs to the unit. Challenging getting suitcases up those stairs. Would be helpful to have some instructions about the radiators, buzzer, etc. Comfortable beds and seating in living room
