Royal Mile Apartment Excellent Location 3rd Floor No Lift

The location was amazing and convenient.

The shower was tiny.

It was very convenient to the Royal Mile and cheaper than the Hotel Options Good sized bedroom and kitchen/dining room

WiFi The shower was a little cramped in the cupboard

Our early May city break in Edinburgh was absolutely unforgettable, thanks in large part to this wonderful apartment! Unbeatable Location: You literally cannot beat being right on the Royal Mile. We were steps away from everything we wanted to see. Bright & Comfortable: Despite being a historic building, the apartment itself was incredibly bright and cozy. It was spotlessly clean and felt like a true home away from home. The "Welcome" Factor: We were blown away by the hospitality. Aveline left us a generous spread of essentials: fresh bread, cheese, salmon, jam, milk, juice, water, and plenty of coffee pods and tea. It made our arrival so easy and welcoming! Fantastic Host: Aveline was so helpful and communicative. Her personal recommendations for local dining spots were "spot on" and really enhanced our trip. The Building: Don’t let the "tired" look of the old staircase fool you even the communal areas were kept very clean. It’s just part of the authentic Edinburgh charm!

Shower Size: The only minor thing to note is that the shower cubicle is quite compact. If you are a larger or "oversize" person, it might be a very tight squeeze!

The owner went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. She was very friendly, extremely flexible and super helpful. The flat was very clean, with everything we might need ready.
