Clean and modern inside
Lacked hanging/storage in bathroom for wet towels. Although there was a heated towel rail, it was very small and would only fit one towel.there was no toilet roll holder either. Fine for short stay but would be annoying for a longer stay.

The size with 2 bedrooms was great. The bath was lovely addition to chill out. The bed was very comfortable. Property was clean. Host was lovely and communicated great with us over wattsapp.
The only downside was the outside of the property. It’s down an alley where there was rubbish and we seen rats. 1am there was 3 drunks sat in the entrance to the building screaming and talking so loud they woke us up. Windows r not very sound proof.Someone shouted down to them an luckily they left. The stairs upto the property are not nice. Once you’re in the property it’s lovely.

Where it was on the royal mile was perfect but the ally way was daunting and a bit dirty a lot of renovations on other buildings making a lot of noise over night
