Professional host and staff Fully equipped apartment Comfortable for a family of 4 Clean and well connected Old Town access

Timing as office closes at 6 pm so no comm until 9 am Didn't bother us but might some others

Good location but a bit squashed for a family of four.

Entrance is shared with permanent renters? Door to apartment was down in the basement.

Very central location for everything.

No faults.

After we arrived at the property we called the reception for the keys,they told us that the cleaner was in the room and he have to wait downstairs(outside of the building because there is no reception)for her to open the door and give us the keys.After almost 30mins waiting outside in cold and rainy weather they informed us that the room is not available because there is an issue with the heating and they didnt know about it so we have to move to another room,to another area!They told us "get a taxi and we will refund you"but still waiting for the refund!The cleaner was waiting there and not at the apartment we booked,so these guys already knew about the heating issue(if there was any)and they prepared another room without informing us earlier,so after all this mess we lost the 1st day of our weekend.Than you very much!
