Very spacious apartment with everything we needed. Great location, just off the Royal Mile - fantastic for getting to all The Fringe venues! Surprisingly quiet apartment, despite it's central location. We had a great stay.
Very glad the lift (elevator) was working! 60+ steps up to the 3rd floor!

the location is good.
the Wifi is very poor in the flat. a lot of times, not usable. I think a fixed line (DSL) , stable wifi is necessary.

Right in heart of old town
Directly above noisy comedy clubs and the noise of street performers for the fringe were hard to get away from
