Very clean and cosy. Great 10min walk to THE MILE. shops and restaurants everywhere. Would rent again!

The bathroom was quite small and the WC was not separate which was difficult for 7 people living in the same space.

Great location in the old town part of Edinburgh, close to many local attractions, pubs, restaurants and shops. We spent a great evening at nearby pubs which featured live folk style music. The apartments were very clean, well decorated and comfortable.

The apartment is at the top of the building, so there are a few flights of stairs to negotiate. Not a problem for the young at heart and the fit, but something to consider if you struggle with stairs.

What an exceptional place to stay in Edinburgh! Having travelled extensively and stayed in many holiday apartments, we can confidently say that this was one of the best experiences our group has ever had. The LOCATION is simply UNBEATABLE. The apartment is right in the heart of Edinburgh’s magnificent Old Town, only a couple of blocks from the world-famous Royal Mile. Many of the city’s most popular attractions, cafés, restaurants, shops and parks are within easy walking distance, with excellent public transport nearby for exploring further afield. Staying in a handsome Georgian listed building made the experience even more special. It offered the rare opportunity to stay in a genuine historic Edinburgh property while enjoying a practically brand-new interior. The apartment has been beautifully modernised, with new furniture, a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our party of 6 found the apartment spacious, spotless and exceptionally well maintained. The kitchen had all the essentials, and other bathroom amenities e.g. towels, shampoo, shower gel were also provided, which was a thoughtful touch. In addition to a huge LCD TV, the apartment also has superfast, reliable broadband throughout. The bedding and mattresses were extremely comfortable, and we all slept wonderfully after a long day of sightseeing. The host could not have been more attentive, friendly or helpful. Communication was excellent, with clear entry instructions and all the necessary information provided in advance. This apartment offers an outstanding central location, beautiful historic surroundings, modern facilities, and an excellent host. We would return without hesitation and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay in Edinburgh. Do not hesitate to book it. Properties of this quality, in such a remarkable location, are difficult to find.
