Amazing property right in the centre of Edinburgh. A lot of major eating joints close to the property. All the major attractions of Edinburgh are close by at a 10-15 mins walking distance.

Clean.
Good location for visiting the city centre.
Hospitality: host offered us few bottles of water, coffee and tea.
Many places nearby where one can have breakfast or buy food (including Tesco and Lidl).
Convenient for a group of up to 7 people (we were only 4 but a for a larger group the cost per person is improved).
Street parking in the vicinity of the property is costly (6,80 GBP / hour) and limited to 4 hours. Therefore, we had to park the car in the Q-Park Quartermile underground parking (7 Simpson Loan, EH3 9GU - about 15 min walk), where we paid 30 GBP for up to 24 hours.
Some items look quite old and need upgrading (e.g. doors, windows, some pieces of furniture)

The house was spacious and clean. Even though it was a short stay, it met our needs and beyond. We will definitely recommend it to family and friends. We look forward to staying a bit longer the next time around.
Having to share the shower for a family of 5, needed some logistics. But having the second toilet was invaluable.

Nice location with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds to accommodate a relatively large group. A lot of restaurants for locals nearby.
No coffee pot. No garage bins in the bedrooms. Water pressure low in the shower. Only one bathroom with shower.
