8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
It was in a great location and perfect easy stay for three people sharing. Comfy beds. Kettle in the room was useful.
The noise from all the rooms was a little echoey and the fridge was noisy in the room
8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
Perfect area, calm but full of restaurants, close to parks and to the center. The room was big and clean and the beds were comfortable. Not noise could be perceived from outside. Got good sleep there. Kitchen okay and common room welcoming enough.
The WiFi was weak in the room, i had to go to the kitchen. In spite of the fact that was clearly written to avoid noises between 10.45pm and 7am, other guests have been noisy. The shared bathroom made it harder when people took their time. Overall a good staying, but maybe it’s a 700pounds and not a 950.

I really enjoyed well equipped kitchen because eating in restaurants in Edynburg is expensive and not worth it. The kitchen helped reduced the cost of staying in the city. I find the apartment clean ad it is in a good location.
There could be more bathrooms hovever durnig my stay the place wasn’t fully booked so it wasn’t big problem.

The location
The heating was on, day and night. We had 27 degrees while outside it was 15 degrees. What a waste of energy. Also, the pictures and addresses is misleading. It was not clear to us that the bathroom is shared.
