Apart Bernard Rooms

I really enjoyed well equipped kitchen because eating in restaurants in Edynburg is expensive and not worth it. The kitchen helped reduced the cost of staying in the city. I find the apartment clean ad it is in a good location.

There could be more bathrooms hovever durnig my stay the place wasn’t fully booked so it wasn’t big problem.

Building was easy to find and get in to using the useful information on the key fob. After climbing a few stairs we got to the flat. The bedrooms are huge with your own fridge and there are 2 shared bathrooms for all the flats. The shared kitchen is also big and kitted out. Super comfy beds are a winner.

The two small throws they had on the floor were dangerous and slippery. For some reason both showers didn't work for my son even though they had been used earlier.

They don’t tell you that the kitchen has a curfew and will be locked with no notice leaving you with no way to put dishes away or finish your dinner. Toilets had no toilet paper and they would disappear including the roll holder! They didn’t clean the toilets or showers often so lots of ‘stains’ everywhere. No lift

I experienced some issues during my stay which I would like to bring to your attention: * There was no signage indicating the room/flat number at the entrance. After arriving after midnight, I had to call for assistance to find the correct door. * Staff began knocking on the room door at approximately 9:30 AM. * There was no lighting at the main entrance or on the staircase, making access difficult, especially at night. * The towel provided was clean, but it was noticeably threadbare and showed clear signs of extensive wear. * There was no power socket conveniently located next to the bed. * Slippers were not provided. * There was no visible hotel name or clear property identification, which made locating the accommodation confusing. I hope these points can be considered to improve the guest experience in the future.
