Very clean property. I arrived early so was able to drop my bag off and they placed it in the room for when I got back later in the day. Easy bus links into the city. Good value for money!

Good location with lots of options for eating close by. Close to central Edinburgh.
Beds were not so comfortable, room decor and furniture somewhat tired. Lack of parking.
