Our family room was very spacious with plenty room for bags etc, and an excellent sized bathroom too. Great location for the Royal Commonwealth Pool, which was the reason for our stay. Breakfast was great and the host was very friendly and welcoming.
It could perhaps do with a freshen up, a bit of a clean and tidy up in the communal areas and maybe provide a few extra pillows in the room as we only had one each.

Loved the location, walkable distance to the Arthur’s seat trail and the city centre. Bus stops on the same street if you don’t fancy the walk. We stayed in room 5 which had an en-suite, it was clean, very comfortable and the internet connection was great. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. Mai was really welcoming and made us feel at home. Thank you for a lovely stay. 🙂
