Please do not be put off by the negative reviews.
I was worried after checking the reviews after booking the reservation, but the hotel and room were clean. Fresh towels and sheets were provided. There is an electric kettle with supplies for making quick tea.
There is good parking at the back, and a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
It was not noisy. The staff and other guests were polite. The hotel also has a lovely little dining room.
It is clearly stated that towels and bedsheets are replaced every other day, which we were fine with.
The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free.
Overall it was a good deal.

The check in was pretty easy but the staff could have been more friendlier. All the expectations in the room were good but I wish there was a microwave at least downstairs for us to use. Room service was good.
