The staff were friendly and helpful the rooms were clean the the beds were comfortable. It was good to have a kettle tea and coffee in the bedroom.
We were able to leave breakfast things in the fridge and eat in the dining room. Also there were plenty of buses outside the hotel
It would have been nice to have a toaster and kettle in the dining room and crockery and cutlery

Comfortable beds. Good sized room. Parking. Friendly and helpful staff.
Could do with a better clean, skirting boards in the bathroom, milk spray marks on the wardrobe. Difficult filling the kettle in the sink. Maybe a smaller kettle?

The hotel met my expectations it was exactly what I required for an over night stay and the cost was exceptional given the location. Intresting dynamic to the building a lot bigger when you are inside.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to park before check-in, which made arrival much easier.
The hotel is right next to a bus stop, and they provided a useful bus information card. After our long roadtrip, they kindly let us into a closed banquet area so we could use the toilet.
The hotel felt run down overall. The rugs were worn and gave the place a tired look. The shower soap came in small plastic packets, more like fast-food condiment packets than hotel toiletries. Getting three heavy bags up the stairs to the second floor was difficult.
