    Nice oasis in Edinburgh at the foot of Arthur’s seat. Bed is nice, location is about 20 minutes walk from old town. Busses were a shambles but the walk was very manageable. It is an old building and the showers could use an upgrade. Also the plastic panelling expands and cracks in the sunlight. Staff was very personable and the included breakfast is a nice touch, though come early!

    It is the student accommodation of the University of Edinburgh. During the summer, it is made available for short stays. The reception is excellent, and check-in in the evening was smooth and fast. Guests can visit the beautiful campus and experience the catering service. Breakfast is good. The room is clean, tidy, and spacious. The wifi is very good. I didn't come across any issues during my work call. The Hall is about a 10-15 minute drive from the city centre. Simply get an Uber if you carry a heavy backpack like I did, or suitcases.

    Considering August month especially when you entered around Festival season, this places didn't disappoint me at all. Location is great, close to Hollyrood Park, breakfast was good! Though sharing bathroom, it was kept clean all the time. Toiletries items including shower gel, towels was provided by them. Staff was very supportive. If you looking for hotel like services, you'll get some feel. Cleaning was regular basis. Property bring good vibes, I got room more look like student room where they study, they provide all basics stuff. Restaurants/ bar, grocery shopping , in house coffee shop you got it. Overall, I'm happy to here, re-lived part of college campus again!

    Reasonable price (for Edinburgh), buffet breakfast is great, on a bus route (20mins into town) study bedrooms are clean & comfortable just to lay your head down.
