Thistle Residence

The place was spacious and comfortable for our 2 night stay. The shower was great with lots of pressure and hot. The rooms are in an old building but are maintained well and kept clean. Our host was very helpful with anything we needed and friendly. Location was walkable to city centre but takes about 25min but the bus stop is right out the front if you're not a walker.

The person next to us fell asleep with his tv on and we could hear it all night so walls are thin.

Lokalita je tichá a velmi blízko je autobusová zastávka. Přístup personálu byl skvělý – rychle reagovali. Umožnili nám uschovat zavazadla i po odhlášení – super. Na pokoji je konvice a spousta čaje a kávy. Na chodbě pak mikrovlnka a lednice.

Super comfy bed, spacious room, quiet, and friendly, helpful staff.

A small bar fridge in the room would’ve been good. Going up stairs to access items in the fridge was a wee bit inconvenient.

pas un seul contact humain, avant, pendant et après. Les fenêtres sans rideaux ne donnent pas le respect de la vie privée dans la chambre car les voisins sont juste en face de la chambre. La télécommande de la TV était introuvable, dont pas pratique pour essayer de regarder la TV, mais toutes les chaines en anglais. La chambre mansardée qui réduit l'espace au dessus du lit. La maison a été réhabilitée pour maximiser les pièces à louer.
