Very warm welcome from the host. Who was attentive to our needs. Location was good. Easy to walk into town if you are fit but if not there are lots of buses and bus stop outside.
Very small room which was as advertised. Having the toilet and shower along the corridor from our room was much more inconvenient than we anticipated.

I felt there could have been a full size double as I think it was queensize but the room was big enough for bigger
