Location, it was in the quiet area but within walkable distance to the city centre, but also lots of bus routes just outside the porch.

Clean, modern rooms, with spacious furnishings. A good location, with a bus stop just outside that has several bus lines that go directly into the city. They kindly accommodated us at the very last minute, and provided free parking. Recommend to others :)

The price we paid was for a last minute booking, however would have liked either shared kitchen or laundry services included for the price we paid. Otherwise, we can't complain with what was provided, overall a lovely experience!

Everything was modern and very clean. The check in was easy and we felt very comfy. The manager was very responsive. Bathroom was excellent

There are a lot of stairs as it is an old style house. This might not suit anyone who struggles with stairs.

"I usually book hotels based on the photographs provided; however, upon arrival, the room I was offered bore no resemblance to the images shown on Booking.com. I strongly suggest that the marketing materials be updated to accurately reflect the available rooms and their respective prices. Initially, I was offered a room in the basement, which I immediately declined. I was then informed that the room matching the photographs would require an additional fee, which I find unacceptable given that it was the room I had already booked. I was prepared to leave when the staff offered an alternative room on the main floor. Although it was still not the room I had originally paid for, I accepted it due to exhaustion from a long journey. On a positive note, the property is beautiful, clean, and quiet. The availability of parking was also a significant advantage for me. Furthermore, the location is well-served by public transport, with buses providing easy access to the city center, which is also just a 15-minute drive away. I am sharing this as constructive criticism so that the management can review their online presentation and ensure that the prices and room descriptions are consistent with the reality of the accommodations. The shower was excellent, and the staff member who assisted us was very effective. He went above and beyond to resolve the situation and ensure that we stayed."
