Location was good, on bus route Staff very attentive and extremely helpful

Close to bus network into Old town. Although we like walking and if you don’t mind a trek it only takes 20mins walk to the royal mile. Bed was actually comfortable.
Parking, although we were lucky to seal one of the two spots on arrival. Over priced slightly for the spot and amenities.

Great! The position is excellent to reach Edinburgh city center by walking (about 30 minutes) or by bus (about 5-10 minutes) but with a great price compared to other places closer to the center. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice

Location is close to bus stops and is 10 min bus ride from Royal mill They do store the luggage after check out
Highly overpriced compared to facilities. It’s an average style room. There is no AC (might be standard for Edinburgh I guess), not even a mini refrigerator in the room. Not sure about the normal range of hotel accommodations in Edinburgh; but felt quite overpriced compared to the facilities offered,
