Location, quiet room (on request), breakfast, comfortable bed and room.
The shower was so small (I understand this is common in the UK).

Great location very short bus trip to the city centre with a bus stop directly outside lovely staff

Really lovely staff , great location, great breakfast, it's about a 30 mins walk into the center, with interesting shops , cafes and restaurants on route, however if you don't want the walk , lots of bus routes with the stop opposite.
Room was quite dated ( although very clean ) . No iron in room ( again I'm sure had I asked if have got one but was very late when I realized,) tiny bathroom

Staff were nice
Breakfast was very poor for the amount being charged for room bathroom needed work done also shower /pipe kept making noises during night even not in use
