Located on multiple bus routes only 20min from city center, with the beautiful view of Arthur’s Seat just a short walk away!
Everything was lovely!!

The facilities, decor and friendly staff
The bed was a little bit hard with far too many sheets

I especially liked our warm greeting from Jennifer. She was very accommodating for our entire stay. This is a very convenient location to get around, just minutes away from all the most noted sites. Our room was very quaint and the bed was extremely comfortable. They also have a very good assortment of breakfast choices.
We liked everything about it.

Nice owner
Facilities are old, extremely loud traffic noise, could hear every guest around me, and miserable bed in terms of comfort. Difficult to sleep.
