Excellent location, comfortable bed, clean
Shower took ages to get hot, low water pressure and funny smell in communal areas

Location was very convenient, 15 minute walk away from the Arthur's Seat Peak. About 35 minute walk to the city centre which was amazing. The room was also very nice and comfortable a Victorian style.
Staff also very friendly, definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice owner
Facilities are old, extremely loud traffic noise, could hear every guest around me, and miserable bed in terms of comfort. Difficult to sleep.
