Good location, very clean, nice and easy check in and out. Also relatively quiet

A wonderful helpful host who greeted us upon arrival. Helped with suitcases to and from the room when we checked out. A well stocked welcome basket.
Only slight quibble was it was on a busy main road and traffic kept us awake a little. Appreciate this can’t be helped.

Excellent location on bus lines and near Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat. Less crowded, but very good restaurants nearby. The views or the window were excellent. External, but private bathroom worked well

View from bedroom was very nice
Far to walk into city takes 30-40 minutes. Very expensive for room only, especially when compared with other properties nearer the old town. No bar or lounge area
