The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.
The room was on a busy street and the traffic was noisy. If the room is on the top floor and there is no elevator, it should be mentioned. We had a problem with the TV not functioning properly.

Location and quiet
Shower water too cold. No lift for guests who find stairs difficult

Large room, good beds and linens, plenty of towels, coffee machine with pods.
Poor / slow communication, parking not as expected, no onsite staff, loud street noise, shower fixture broken, no hairdryer, no heating in room.
