Great location, very comfortable bed, good breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Genuinely some of the most friendly and helpful I’ve encountered in many hotels.
Windows had limited opening so room a bit airless. No lift in our section and so baggage upstairs was a challenge (only 2 floors but currently have injuries- didn’t think it was in staff scope to ask them to help). Price ok but expensive for room size.

I loved the location, we were at a gig in the queen's hall and it was a small walk there and back.
The room was small but that wasn't a problem as it was very nicely done out and everything we needed was there.
The bed was fantastic.
The shower was outstanding, one of the best showers of any hotel I have stayed at.
The staff were all absolutely lovely.
The window did nothing to filter out the huge amount of bin collection and lorry deliveries from 07:30 for what must have been an hour and a half. Open or closed the window didn't seem to make any difference to the sound of the street. The blind was also not great at blocking the light and as that was directly above the pillows on the bed it made for a rude awakening and unpleasant morning.

Location, nice staff
No elevator, very tiny room, window wouldn’t close or open properly so not very ideal for claustrophobics.
