Loved the location, very near to the Royal mile. Staff were very nice and helpful.
Our room at the back of the hotel was excessively warm. Even with the window open you couldn’t get cool. Missing some basic necessities like tissues.

Location was great
Rooms were really small even by European standard. The twin beds were so narrow you couldn’t turn over without falling off.

Amazing location! Just half a block from the middle of the Royal Mile. Perfect for walking EVERYWHERE! They have a fabulous buffet!
Rooms are quite expensive even for it being high season.

Close to everything and walkable. Was given a fan as I suffer from hot flushes night so was good to have it.
Aircon didn’t work, receptionist took a look also didn’t know why it wasn’t working. Very noisy from the street, people, pubs, street events - noisy all night yo 5am.
