Location and the cleaning was so good.
Everything in the house was designed for having a good time.
Linen were comfy, shower was good, kitchen facilities and the lighting were sufficient.
Close to trams and shopping areas as well!
A bit open to noise since it is an old building. The floor sound during walking of the other neighbors felt like there is someone in the house occasionally.

Super central - had everything we needed.
Noisy - I know it’s noted from the start but surrounding apartments are loud with thin walls. Nothing to be done on your part, just part of the building.

Near the shops and restaurants
The stairs was right straight when you open the front door., not convenient with an 86 yearls old going up and or down. There is no free car park, I paid more than a £100 for the car park alone, maximum stays 4 hours £8/hr, I have to go around and look for car park.
