CS Exclusive Apartments of Princess Street West End

Great location, good size for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids

It is aging in many spots and could use a proper refurbishing.

No dishwasher, sponge etc Had to take out the bin as demanded Dust at the bed head tables

The apartment was very close to all amenities. It was clean and spacious. Easily fitted 2 adults and 4 children. Could suit 3 couples too. Had plenty of towels. Dishwasher and washing machine in kitchen. Modern smart TV.

Very little. Some small things could be improved on. The shower knows are very stiff. The blinds in the living area need to be replaced. The doors up stairs were difficult to close. I got off Aitport bus on Princes Street. Maybe let customers know that they can get off at Shanwick Place which is closer. Advise that there is a tesco express and Sainsburys close by.

The location is undoubtedly one of the property’s strong points. It is very close to the castle and the heart of the Old Town, making it really convenient for exploring the area on foot. There are also plenty of bars, shops and supermarkets nearby, which made our stay even easier and more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was extremely frustrating. We had a lot of trouble with customer service just to obtain the access code and the keys to the apartment, and we even had to download a specific app just to complete the process. Parking was not included either, and unfortunately we ended up receiving a fine. This was particularly disappointing, as other properties we stayed at during our trip provided a parking pass or clearer parking arrangements. The biggest issue, however, was the sofa bed, which was broken. The living room, where the sofa bed was supposed to be used as an additional sleeping area, also had a dirty carpet with an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the bedroom upstairs was perfectly fine, but unfortunately two members of our group had to sleep in very uncomfortable conditions for two nights. Considering the otherwise good location, it’s a shame that these issues had such a negative impact on our stay.
