Great location - parking on site although first come first parked but way cheaper than any other option in Edinburgh.

The neighborhood was fantastic. Great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy 25 minute walk into the University district across the park. And great bus route to town.
Hallway carpets were well past their best. Could do with a deep clean:

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the beds were really comfortable. Shower water pressure was fantastic!
Was kind of noisy as doors from other rooms and the hall slammed shut and rattled. Deep sleepers wouldn't be bothered.
