We get the new room after upgrading the building
Its was clean, big and the beds were extra big and comfortable
The air conditioning was really good and the prices consider great
Of course the staff were really friendly and helpful
Gyle mall its 8 mins by walk from the hotel but its really hard going there with stroller but this information is not related to the hotel :)

The big carpark. Quick drive to nearby supermarket and a big mall. Rooms are air conditioned.
Housekeeping needs improvement. Toiletries are not sufficiently replenished. The pillowcases have a damp smell. No kettle in the room. Overall, the bathroom needs an upgrade.

Comfortable, clean room with fridge and air-con!
Stayed two nights - beginning of holiday and end. First room FAR superior but expensive for what it was. However, for convenience could not fault the hotel and exceptional staff - friendly, courteous, polite and professional.

Restaurant, bar and reception staff were excellent.
Ideal location.
Pool area was dirty, facilities didn’t work and apparently haven’t for months! out dated.
Rooms are very dated and not up to today’s standard! 2 star hotel max
