The gym was okay, other than that nothing more.

TV wasn’t smart and had no options other than standard television channels. The shower was tight and had no space to move. The shower screen kept swinging back in on me also. The Middle Eastern night manager was rude and forced us to our room to eat our ordered food as he said we couldn’t eat outside food in seating area of hotel (even though their kitchen was shut). The opened the bar until 2am however not for guests of the hotel. The “room service” never showed to make our bed once or remove any glasses from the room. The location was so a little far for my liking from the centre and the cost of the hotel for what we received was seriously over priced.

Room is for four people, we cbooked & checked in with 3 people....only glasses and cups for tea/coffee for 2 people....AGAIN!

Avoid the leisure facilities.

The breakfast was lovely, the staff especially the breakfast waiters. They were always friendly and accommodating.

The leisure facilities were so run down. The loungers were so filthy and the smell was awful we couldn’t sit on them, run down changing rooms, doors hanging off, no keys in the lockers and the pool was generally run down and in massive need of renovation . Rooms were tatty and curtains hanging off the runners. Luckily the price was cheap for the 5 days we stayed but based on the general condition of the hotel we wouldn’t return. I have stayed in a lot of Marriott’s and this one didn’t even come close to the others.

The hotel was a great price for the location and twin double bed room. Exceeded expectations.

The room was spacious, it had a table for eating at with comfy chairs. The beds were very comfy. I could not hear any noise from other rooms. A/C was very appreciated in keeping the room cool and fresh.

Beautiful hotel felt very luxurious

Beautiful clean welcoming. I carelessly booked for the he wrong date and the staff were very helpful to accommodate us for that night even managed to get us rooms across from each other.

Small thing but there is a shop selling drinks, snacks etc. it was soooo expensive. Of course I just never bought anything. Just a small point.

Great staff, great hotel.

The location was perfect for us; very close to a bus stop for trips in to visit Edinburgh, but also close to the airport for our final morning before flying home. We also used the pool and sauna, which were a nice way to wind down after a day of walking. The breakfast is excellent, with a huge selection of both hot and cold items to suit everyone’s tastes.

Bed was quite hard and I didn't sleep much. Room was very hot but I could not keep the giant noisy air conditioning unit on all night. Breakfast - many tables and chairs were used and dirty with food, likely as we came down at 9am. Please clean the tables and wipe the chairs!!! Pancake machine not working. Expected better for the room rate.

Nice sized room, very quiet, good breakfast. Staff at dinner very attentive.

This hotel offers servicing of rooms on request. We asked in the morning to have our towels changed and the Doona swapped for a top sheet and blanket as we had been too hot the first night. Arrived back at about 3:30pm, nothing done. I asked again at about 5pm, and again at 6, which was when we went to dinner. . Arrived back at the room at 7, a sheet and blanket had been dumped on our bed, towels still not changed, and the door had been left open ( part closed, not pulled to). Went to the front desk for the 4th time, finally someone came and switched our towels over, we were left to make the bed ourselves. Not good service by any means.

WE love Delta Hotel because we had good experience in Swansea city.

Breakfast was excellent, Room service was good. Majority stuffs are polite and professional.

Majority stuff were friendly except one who insulted my wife not to be good at English language skill. Due to safe and TV faulty we had to change our room. Internet TV had always been slow and after 5 mins it get freeze. The worst experience was air condition panel which was cigarette smoking smell all the time. I spoke to receptionist and get informed some other rooms also had same problem and it was under investigation.

A good located hotel with excellent staff and comfortable rooms, though the bathroom could use some updates

The location is very convenient, close to the airport with easy access to the city center by tram or bus. The reception staff are friendly, the service is good, and the rooms are clean with spacious, comfortable beds.

The bathroom is quite small and outdated, and the sink tends to overflow.

Location was close to airport but great to take any bus to downtown right across the street from the hotel! It had a pool, breakfast buffet was great and the room was nice and comfortable.

Disappointing

The bed was okay and the breakfast was worth it.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude, and the service was far below what we paid for. At check-in, we were not given any basic information like breakfast timings or pool details—we had to ask everything ourselves, and the receptionist seemed annoyed. At the pool, we were suddenly told not to take pictures because lessons were happening in another section. We understand this could make others uncomfortable, and we were ready to delete the photo. However, the coach and receptionist kept repeating the same thing over and over in a very rude manner, which ruined the experience. What makes this even more frustrating is that there was a camera installed in the pool area. If the property itself is recording everything, how is it such a big issue for guests to capture one happy moment for themselves? This double standard makes no sense and was never disclosed to us beforehand. This entire experience was unpleasant, stressful, and far from relaxing. I would never return to this place and do not recommend it to anyone.

This hotel should not rate as 4 star. It is very expensive for the service they can offer.

I think it is very good idea that the natural flavour water is available at the reception. My kids really enjoyed it. The food was okay, the location is good although it a bit far to the city but the transport are easily accessible.

When we arrived the room seems to be cleaned in a rush. The floor is dirty, the toilets smells and it is coming from the sink . The plug is covering the drain , so when you used the sink it is not draining . You have to keep removing the plug which you have to keep sticking your finger in the dirty plug. We stayed for 4 nights and they only cleaned the room once because I requested them to clean again because when we arrived the room still dirty. One of the bed cover even has a blood stains. The toiletries not been top up. I was already in the middle of shower when realising no shampoo in the bottle.

Telephone in the room was not working and the staff even after repeated reminders did not fix it. The room was not cleant and after informing the staff to clean , they only changed the room towels. Very sad experience with the hotel staff, no value for customer service.

Great staff, tired room

The staff were very helpful, especially at the Reception desk and the breakfast service. Breakfast was good! The hotel is very clean.

Some of the furnishings in our room were tired - loose tap, curtains didn't close (there was a gap of about half a metre which was bright at 4.30am) and the phone in the room was broken.

There were flies at the meal table. Manager didn't seem to have an idea on what to do but said he was working it. These flies persist throughout our stay.

Clean. Very comfortable bed. Nice welcome at check in

Was on half board £25 per person. No set menu. Menu prices such that £25 would not pay for starter and main or main and starter. If just took main then didn’t use whole ‘half board cost’. Although stating we were on half board it was not taken off the bill either at dinner nor at check out. Had to prove it by email at desk before charges removed.
