Clean and cozy with the best hostess ever :-)

Our stay at Ingleneuk B&B was perfect. Came to spend in amazing Edinburgh just a weekend in cold and rainy November, the accommodation was warm and cozy and perfectly clean. Lynda was a great hostess, always trying to offer and meet all requests. The room was fully equipped, we appreciated kettle and many different teabags on the table to prepare hot tea (as well as coffee) when arrived frozen from outside. We´ve got many options to choose for breakfast that was served every morning freshly prepared directly to our room. And - there were always cookies prepared during the day :-) So nice! Also written istructions how to reach bus lines to the centre were priceless. BTW the connection to the city is great. We also liked the possibility to set the heating according to our needs. Simply - great choice and if we come back to Edinburgh one day, we certainly know where to stay!

Everything about this B&B is excellent. It is well maintained with a friendly and accommodating host. Linda was able to accommodate my special requests and presents a fantastic facility. Everything has been considered, right down to a spoon holder for used teaspoons. The wifi worked well, the room is quiet and the breakfast excellent. I had an early start so breakfast was organised the night before. Located a short drive to restaurants, petrol stations and supermarkets this B&B is easy to find and only 15 -20min to the airport making it excellent for arriving and departing travellers. There is public transport available and it is well located to access central Edinburgh. Onsite free parking is provided.

Cosy, calm and comfortable

Lovely fresh and elaborate breakfast. Vegetarian friendly! And the owner is open to make adjustments to existing dishes to make it vegetarian when asked. Host is super friendly and kind, we felt right at home. The garden is adorable and you can observe lots of critters like grey squirrels and birds.

I loved that my room was set-up like a little private flat - detached from the house. Every detail was seen to in the room. The owners were so nice and made me feel very welcome. It was very close to the airport, so convenient for my flight out the next morning.

everything was beyond perfect, the room and the bathroom were very clean, spacious, and have everything you need! The breakfast was made with love and was so tasty! The lady in there was soo nice and welcoming! Highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again :)

Lovely accommodation and host

Lovely accommodation. Room spacious with double bed, sofa, arm chair and dining table. Patio doors out to seating area and beautiful garden where we saw squirrels and many birds on feeders and geese overhead. Breakfast delivered to your room at a time of your request. Good choice of breakfast items. Lovely host who was friendly, attentive and not intrusive We had a very enjoyable stay.

It was our second stay at the B&B and everything was perfectly fine again. We had to wake up really early to go to the airport and Lynda brought us breakfast (lots of stuff including orange juice, croissants, pancakes, joghurt, fruits) the night before. 100% recommend the B&B

Lynda is a very kind and welcoming host, texts back really fast. The room was clean and cozy, breakfast is served in the room, so you enjoy complete privacy. The location was perfect if you visit Scotland by car. Not far from the airport. Stayed there twice and would book again :) thanks to Lynda we felt at home away from home :)

Beautiful garden views. Near the city with a short bus ride. very comfortable large room suite with cosy gowns and warm heating. Breakfast is brought to your room with a separate dining area in the suite. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely time, would have stayed longer if I could!

I loved how comfortable the place was. The garden was so adorable! In nicer weather I would have spent more time there. Shower was nice. Bed was comfy. The robes made my stay! and the comfy blankets! Lynda was so lovely and accommodating. She booked us a taxi for the following day, she made breakfast for us the night before so we can have it early before our flight!

Not very close to anything, except the airport. We did order food in.

spacious room with seating area also with option of family twin that we didn’t need this time around lovely garden that the French does opened up to with seating available outside too Linda (the host)was most welcoming and delivered breakfast in the morning to the table setting it out for us in the morning we felt spoilt
