The staff were very helpful, booked a taxi and even got my breakfast for me as I'm disabled. I booked a single room but it was still en suite and had a large wall mounted television; it was secure and I felt safe. The car park was large and secure which was important to me as I had driven over 200 miles and didn't want the hassle of then finding somewhere to park and walk from after my journey. The breakfast was great, freshly cooked with good variety and plentiful too.
I felt the room was cold when I returned that night and although there was a wall mounted heater I wasn't able to turn it on or adjust without getting someone to do it for me so I didn't bother.

Quick & easy check in & check out. Good location for airport and city centre.
Bulb in light by the bed not working & toilet seat loose. Only one member of staff dealing with the bar, seating restaurant visitors & dealing with hotel guests.
